There are many benefits to dry brushing. The process gently exfoliates your skin + exfoliating helps to reveal radiant skin + helps your body products absorb better. Dry brushing also promotes circulation + stimulates lymphatic drainage. It can also help reduce cellulite + increase your energy.
How To Use:
Starting at your feet, use small short rhythmic strokes to work your way up and towards your heart. Once finished with the legs, move to your hands, and repeat the quick strokes working your way up towards your shoulders. Brush your shoulders and chest area towards the heart. You always want to use firm quick strokes and work your way to your heart. Lastly, do your stomach in a circular motion in a clockwise direction. Be sure not to press too firmly, the dry brush massage should feel good — it should never be uncomfortable.
This brush is made from FSC certified beechwood from Germany and natural sisal bristles.
Make sure to hang your brush until it's dry before storing in a cupboard. Otherwise, store bristle side down.

There are certain situations where exchanges are granted. This includes an item not in its original condition, one that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
